Since 2012, Brooke has been enjoying working with a range of clients with various goals including rehabilitation, general fitness and training, weight loss and sports performance enhancement training.
Sessions with Brooke can involve a high intense session to a lower physical impact for mobility training. Her approach to all her client’s session is tailored to every individual’s needs and wants to their level of experience.
